  • How long are the delivery times?

    Domestic orders: If the item is in stock, it is shipped within 7 working days. International orders: Items are shipped once the invoice has been paid. We cannot provide specific delivery timelines. In our experience, international deliveries take about 2–3 weeks.

  • How much are the shipping costs?

    The shipping costs vary depending on product weight.

  • Do I get a discount if I order several copies of the same item?

    Individual customers get a quantity discount when they buy several copies of the same item.
    Special conditions are offered to schools and professional organisations. Get more information by calling or emailing us.

  • Can I return an item if I do not need it?

    As a general rule, we do not accept any returns. In exceptional circumstances, we may allow a return based on a written request. 
    Flashcards and digital products cannot be returned. 

  • What are discounted items?

    Discounted items are items returned by customers. They are mostly in mint condition but may have minor defects from transport.


  • What are the terms of use?

    E-book can be used on up to three devices simultaneously for an unlimited time. Use is subject to technical availability, which is guaranteed for the latest versions of the corresponding operating and application systems for four years from the date of purchase.

  • How can I purchase an e-book?

    You can by e-books from Careum Verlag. You will receive an activation code that you can use to access the e-books in the Edubase app or in the browser.

  • What do I do if I lost my e-book activation code?

    We do not store your data, so you have to buy a new e-book at a full price if you lose your activation code. In some cases, especially for e-books bought a long time ago, we have the data stored.

  • What is the difference between print and online versions of teaching materials?

    There is no difference between print and online versions of teaching materials in terms of content.
