On March 16, 2023, the first results of the three-state study on professional health literacy among health care professionals/occupations will be presented in a webinar and discussed with representatives from politics.

Health professionals/occupations are a key source of contact and information on health-related issues. In a joint pilot study in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the challenges of health professionals in their information and knowledge management as well as in their communication with patients and clients and in their communication and explanation of information were investigated in the summer of 2022. For this purpose, a new concept and a survey instrument based on it were developed and used.
